YBC began in 1996 when a former member of the British Army who had served with the Gurkhas, decided that the commercial cleaning industry in which he was currently working, was not providing a good service to its customers. YBC was then born and has flourished into an independent Company who can compete with anyone in the commercial cleaning sector but, has still retained its personal ‘customer care’ approach.

YBC has grown largely from referral and recommendation and is known for providing a quality cleaning and facilities management service throughout the South East - including Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
With a customer retention rate of over 85% YBC has gained a reputation for delivering a high quality service.
